The mission of the Circleville Girls Softball League shall be to provide an organized opportunity for girls in Pickaway County to learn, experience, play, and enjoy softball regardless of their level of skill.

Good sportsmanship and enjoyment of the game shall always be stressed ahead of winning, and winning is viewed within the League as only a necessary outcome when two teams compete.
